Longleaf Senior Village (“Longleaf”) is located in Aiken, SC off York Street, just north of the intersection of York and Rutland at 205 Bushwillow Circle, Aiken, SC 29801. Longleaf was developed in conjunction with Neighborhood Concepts, Inc., a non-profit corporation focused on housing and based in Huntsville, AL.

Longleaf consists of 50 apartments targeted towards seniors age 55 and older. The property has amenities specifically designed for seniors such as an exercise room with low impact exercise equipment; a spacious community building furnished with televisions, a computer center and gathering areas.
