MAX ELBE
Mr. Elbe is a Principal of Lowcountry Housing Communities, LLC. Mr. Elbe has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the affordable housing industry and since 2010 he has been a principal developer/owner of 20 deals in the Southeast.
Mr. Elbe graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is Certified Public Accountant (State of Indiana, inactive).
BEN ELBE
Ben Elbe is a Principal of Lowcountry Housing Communities, LLC. Ben has over 15 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and has been involved in the production of 1,500 affordable housing units throughout the Southeast.
Prior to Lowcountry Housing Communities, Ben worked as a Development Project Manager for a nationwide retail developer. Ben was responsible for all aspects of development including permitting, entitlements and construction management.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from The Florida State University.
ROBERT HALEY
Robert Haley is a principal with Lowcountry Housing Communities, LLC (“LCH”). Robert has over 20 years experience in real estate and the low income housing tax credit industry.
Prior to joining LCH, Robert was the president of Peachtree Housing Communities (“PHC”) where he oversaw the development and operations of 17 properties in Georgia and South Carolina.
Before working at PHC, Robert was a senior manager for CohnReznick’s Transaction Advisory Group in the firm’s Atlanta Office. He primarily specialized in structuring projects with low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credit and renewable energy.
