Havenwood Elberton Senior will also participate in the Earth Craft Multi-family program. Havenwood Springs will consist of 18 residential buildings and a community building.  Havenwood Springs will have several amenities which include but are not limited to; a community building for community events, a fitness center with exercise equipment, a fully equipped computer center, a playground, a covered pavilion with picnic/bbq facility, a pool, and a washer and dryer installed in each unit. 

In addition to the common amenities, the exterior and interior of all the of the units will be fully rehabilitated.  All units will receive new doors, windows, flooring, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and HVAC units.  These improvements will allow for a higher quality of life for the residents and allow for greater accessibility.

Havenwood Springs will also obtain Enterprise Foundation Green Communities certification. This will ensure that the property is developed in a sustainable manner and will extend the useful life of the development beyond what would be expected without this certification.
