Pointe North Senior Village is a 59 unit senior housing development for those age fifty-five and older located in the city of Albany, Dougherty County, Georgia at 2703 Pointe North Blvd, Albany, Georgia 31702.  Pointe North Senior Village provides quality affordable housing to the senior residents of Albany.  Pointe North Senior Village provides quality affordable housing to the residents of Albany in a location within one mile of a multitude of shopping and dining opportunities.

Pointe North Senior Village is a three-story building with an elevator.  Pointe North Senior Village has other amenities geared towards an aging population, such as:  a community room for community events, a fitness center with low impact exercise equipment appropriate for an aging population, a fully equipped computer center, a centralized laundry facility, a covered patio and sitting areas throughout the interior common space of the building for our residents to rest and socialize.

In addition, Pointe North Senior Village has earned the EarthCraft Multi-family designation.  To earn this designation, the property was developed in a sustainable manner that will extend the useful life of the development beyond what would be expected without the EarthCraft Multi-family program.  This will furthermore ensure that the residents of Pointe North Senior Village are afforded a more enjoyable and sustainable environment in which to live.
